About Us

The Institute of Assets and Values Management of Nigeria (IAVMN) is a professional body dedicated to advancing the disciplines of asset management, and related advisory services across Nigeria. IAVMN promotes high professional standards, ethical practice, capacity building and research, and supports members through training, certification, advocacy and networking opportunities. 

The Institute acts as a catalyst for professionals training to both public and private sectors who are responsible for generating wealth through the use of and optimisation of physical and intangible assets.

Purpose of IAVMN Certification

• Promote best practice in asset management across all asset classes (intangible assets, financial instruments, infrastructure, natural resources and others).

• Enhance professional competence through continuous education, certification programmes and accreditation.

• Develop and maintain ethical and technical standards for asset management in Nigeria.
